About Us
Using sport, play and mentoring as our tools, Magic Bus is putting India's most marginalised adolescents & young people on the path from Childhood to Livelihood.
Our Mission
To empower marginalised young people to lead fulfilling, rewarding lives.
Magic Bus works with young people aged 12–25 across underserved communities in India, supporting their journey from childhood to livelihood.
Through structured programmes and the power of sport and play, young people build the confidence, resilience, communication and life skills they need to navigate extreme hardships in their adolescence, they stay engaged with education and prepare for the world of work. We also support them with foundational literacy and numeracy skills to ensure they complete eduaction.
As they grow, our Livelihood Programme helps young people develop workplace skills and access pathways towards sustainable employment.
Magic Bus works with over 6 million young people, and in partnership with families, schools and communities, because lasting progress doesn’t happen in isolation.
We don’t decide on young people’s futures. We help create the conditions in which they can build futures that are entirely their own.
